Dr. Ziegelbaum is a licensed psychologist with extensive training in evidence based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness therapies, as well as parent training, for a wide array of psychological and emotional difficulties, including anxiety, depression, O-C spectrum, ADHD, behavioral difficulties, and relationship problems. She is also adept at teaching helpful coping skills to manage difficult situations and stress. Dr. Ziegelbaum earned her Master’s and Doctoral degrees from La Salle University and completed her clinical internship at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center. She has worked in a variety of settings, including Princeton Behavioral Health, private schools, and outpatient therapy centers where she helped clients reach their treatment goals. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Ziegelbaum is the director of Columbia University’s Global Mental Health Programs’ Young Professionals Board.
